- 📋 One master schedulePer day, minute by minute — call times, crew, locations, notes.
- 🎯 Target anythingAn item goes to everyone, to one team, or to named people. Nobody reads a line that is not theirs.
- 📱 Personal linksNo app to install and no logins to hand out. Team leaders see their whole team.
- 🖨️ Call sheet & CSVPrint exactly the view you are on, or export it for someone else.
How it goes on the day
Build the schedule once. Put people into teams — crew, AV, registration, whoever. Send each person their link. When the running order moves, you change it in one place and every link is already right.
