Tools for the people running the room.
Two standalone tools for event and production crews. Each does one job properly, and neither asks your crew to install anything.
Run of Show Live
The show-caller for live events. It runs on the show PC and serves your crew over the local network, so nothing mid-show depends on the internet. Call GO and Standby; everyone sees their own columns update live.
- Local-first — the show carries on if the internet drops
- Crew join in a browser — over the LAN, nothing to install
- GO and Standby — called live, on the keyboard
- Syncs from eventru — redeem a share code to pull the agenda down
Prefer not to install? Run it in your browser
The same editor, show mode and print pack, in any browser — macOS, Linux, a locked-down work laptop. Crew can't join over the local network — that needs the desktop app.
Shows are saved in that browser on that machine — nothing is uploaded, and they do not follow you to another device.

Team Schedule
The crew call sheet, without the spreadsheet. Build one master schedule, split your crew into teams, and every person gets a link to their own schedule — just what applies to them, on their phone.
- One master schedule — per day, minute by minute
- Target an item — at everyone, one team, or named people
- Personal links — no app and no login for your crew
- Print or export — a call sheet or a CSV in a click
Which one do you need?
Two ways to run it, and they are not the same thing. The difference that matters is the one in bold.

If your crew need the running order on their phones, you need the desktop app. That is the one thing the web version cannot do and never will — crew join over the venue’s own network, which needs something running on a machine in the building. Everything else is a matter of time.
Everything in the Web column marked Yes works right now: open Run of Show in your browser — free while it’s in preview; sign in with your eventru Tools account.
“Planned” means exactly that — not shipped. Nothing in this table describes something you cannot do today as though you can.
